This link will launch www.familylawcourts.gov.au, a site created by the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia to provide a single access point for procedural information for those who are lodging applications for divorce or other orders.

It is also important that you read the Application for Divorce Kit before you complete your application. The kit contains a helpful information including a glossary of legal terms, a step by step guide and a checklist.

This form is designed to be completed but not lodged (filed) electronically. You will need to print the completed application and file it at your nearest family law registry either in person or by post.
